The year's fashion extravaganza did not disappoint, We were fascinated by the the bold colors and fabric however it felt like some of the old classic Hollywood glamour was missing. Don't get us wrong, there were many hits and some misses but mostly, just so-so. There were instances where the dresses were great but the hair was eh. Or there was this wonderful dress paired with the wrong accessories. But we hung in there and then it happened, the total package. The glamour stepped in front of the T.V. camera (even in the Southern California heat) and we were mesmerized.
If ever there were a time for a designer to be proud it was last night. Marchesa, Versace and Monique Lhuillier were fabulously represented by the perfect Muses.
Hayden Panettiere wowed us in an exotic blue and gold one-shouldered Marchesa Indian fusion gown. Absolute stunning!
Lucy Liu exuded mesmerizing sophisticated power in a chainmail link Versace dress with a fitted metal bodice. The very feminine side swept ponytail pulled the look together perfectly. WE LOVE LUCY!
Padma Lakshmi was simply divine in this sunset orange strapless Monique Lhuillier gown. Refreshingly delicious, this gown was our absolute favorite of the evening. Minimal accessories was the perfect move as the dress was the center of attention. Soft face framing waves completed the look. True Hollywood Glam!
